Refund and Replacement Policy
The product comprises one Advanced Photonic Therapy unit, or torch, and one, two or three USB flash drives, dependent on product purchased. There is no refund or replacement for any USB flash drive. All Advanced Photonic Therapy units, or torches, are guaranteed for twelve months from date of purchase. If any Advanced Photonic Therapy unit or torch is defective, and is posted to Advanced Photonic Therapy with a return postal address, a replacement Advanced Photonic Therapy unit or torch will be posted back at no cost. There is no refund available for the Advanced Photonic Therapy unit or torch.

While equipment for animal use in America is generally FDA exempt, it is not intended to replace primary health care professional consultation and diagnosis. It is suggested that Advanced Photonic Therapy be used post diagnostically.
Warning: Pancreatitis, or insulin-dependent Type l diabetes, responds well to photonic therapy. Photonic therapy will cause the pancreas to produce insulin. If a person is taking medication to lower their blood-sugar level they need to consider lowering their medication dose rate and/or eat more sweets or they could possibly suffer hypo-glycaemia (an attack due to low blood sugar).
